From One of the biggest beer festivals in the area to arts and craft fairs, Silloth attracts thousands of visitors every year who enjoy a whole host of activities. GreenFest, local produce festival

Supported by the Solway Coast AONB (website: solwaycoastaonb.org.uk)
GreenFest is a local produce market featuring everything from Solway shrimps to homemade Jam. Some of the areas best known producers will be there including Cock Robin Cider and The Derwent Brewery. There will also be cookery demonstrations, breadmaking by CARRS of Silloth, homemade ice creams and a BBQ. Add to this a giant fun fair and a local craft fair and you have a day out for the whole family to enjoy. On Sunday 17th there will also be a free pop concert from 1pm - 5pm featuring Bullfrogs, South Quay, Sidewinder, Robin Starch and others t.b.c. There will also be a KIDS ZONE featuring a bouncy slide and the opportunity for children to feed and milk goats. There will be Shetland Pony rides and representatives from Ward Hall Dairy (website: wardhalldairy.co.uk) will be giving cheese making demonstrations and not only showing you how to make your own sausages, but letting you BBQ them as well!

The Music and Beer Festival returns for its 8th year on September 4th – 7th and offers a great range of real ales and ciders as well as a great line up of bands throughout the whole weekend.  This years headline act are the 60’s sensation The Searchers appearing on Thursday 4th.
Attracting over 5000 people the festival continues to grow every year.
